1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 and applies to all information that Hotel Elokhovsky City (the "Hotel"), operating at the domain name elocity.ru, may obtain about the User while using the Hotel's website.

1.2. The Policy is aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals whose personal data is processed by the Hotel, which acts as the personal data operator.

1.3. This Policy establishes the procedure and conditions for processing personal data. The Policy is a publicly available document.

2. Definitions

2.1. "Hotel Administration" — authorised staff managing the website on behalf of the Hotel, who organise and/or carry out the processing of personal data.

2.2. "Personal data" — any information relating, directly or indirectly, to an identified or identifiable individual (the data subject).

2.3. "Processing of personal data" — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

2.4. "User of the Hotel's Website" — a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Hotel's Website.

3. General terms

3.1. By using the Hotel's Website, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy.

3.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Hotel's Website.

3.3. This Policy applies only to the Hotel's website. The Hotel does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites (including the Bnovo online booking module and the Yandex map widget embedded on the site) that the User may follow via links available on the Hotel's website.

4. Subject of the privacy policy

4.1. Room booking on the Hotel's website is carried out through the Bnovo online booking module, embedded on the site as a widget. When making a booking through this module, personal data (full name, phone number, e-mail, stay details) is provided by the User directly to the booking module operator and is processed in accordance with Bnovo's own privacy policy. The Hotel's website itself does not contain any personal data collection forms.

4.2. The Hotel's website processes depersonalised technical visit data (cookies, analytics data — see section 6) for the purposes stated in this Policy.

5. Purposes of data processing

5.1. Ensuring the functionality and security of the website.

5.2. Assessing site traffic and usability — only on the basis of the User's consent to analytics cookies.

5.3. Responding to the User when they contact the Hotel by phone or e-mail as listed on the website.

6. Cookies

6.1. The Hotel's website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies ensure the website works correctly — for example, remembering the chosen interface language (RU/EN) and cookie consent status. These cookies are always set, without requesting consent, since the site cannot function correctly without them, and they are not used for analytics or advertising.

6.2. Analytics cookies (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics — if connected by the Hotel Administration) are used to assess site traffic and usability and are set only after the User's explicit consent, obtained via the cookie banner on the site. The User may accept or decline analytics cookies; declining does not restrict access to the site's features.

6.3. The Bnovo online booking module and the Yandex map widget embedded on the site may set their own technical cookies required for their operation, in accordance with the privacy policies of those respective services.

6.4. If an analytics service with infrastructure outside the Russian Federation is used, processing of depersonalised visit data may take place using servers located abroad. Such processing is carried out only with the User's consent to analytics cookies.

6.5. The User may change their cookie decision at any time by clearing the site's cookies in their browser settings — the consent banner will be shown again on the next visit.

7. User rights

7.1. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data, and to request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The Hotel Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent. A new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
